Important Notes for Authors of Accepted Papers

Please note that the conference this year will be hosted in physical mode by National Economic University in Hanoi, Vietnam. All meetings will run like normal meetings, with the registration desk and session rooms set up in the conference venue on campus. When you are in a session room, the presenters will deliver the talks to the audience. The registration fee allows you to receive free coffee breaks, lunches, dinners, and an industry tour. Please note that you must pay the registration fee before AUGUST 14 to avoid the late fee of US$40.
 
Note that the early-bird rate expires on AUGUST 14. To qualify for publishing your paper on the conference PROGRAM BOOK, at least one author must pay the regular registration fee and present the paper ONSITE in the conference. Your paper will be shared as a ZIP file during the conference (referring to as an “ONSITE proceedings book”), please upload your improved papers (in PDF format) with restored AUTHOR INFORMATION to your EasyChair account by AUG. 01. This ZIP file is a temporary copy. The permanent copy will be kept in the post-conference formal conference PROCEEDINGS BOOK. When the formal book is published on NOV. 01, the ZIP file will be deleted.
 
The formal proceedings book will be indexed by EI-Compendex, Scopus, and AIS-eLibrary. To include your paper in it, you must pay the US$220 publication fee per paper on or before OCT. 15. If you plan to submit your paper to a journal later, you should either opt out of publishing your paper or reduce your paper to a 4-page Short Paper. If you have paid the publication fee, please submit your revised camera-ready version in DOC or DOCX format by OCT. 01, following the page format template available on:

Please also note that the EI/Scopus usually indexes only the full papers of complete research with validated results. Although it did index our Short papers in the past, we strongly recommend you to expand your paper to a full paper of 8 or more pages for the indexing purposes. Nevertheless, we will still include all Short and Full research papers in the formal proceedings book and submit it for the indexing purposes.
 

PAYMENT GATEWAYS:
 
To keep your paper in the the conference program schedule, you must pay the Registration Fee by AUGUST 14. To pay the registration fee, please visit https://iceb2025.neu.edu.vn/RegistrationFee.pdf.

If you want to publish your paper in the formal proceedings book, please pay by an international credit card starting AUG. 01 at https://iceb2025.neu.edu.vn/PublicationFee.pdf.
 

ONSITE MEETINGS:
 
This year, the conference will be held onsite physically with parallel meeting rooms. Each presentation session will have a meeting room, and the meeting room ID will be announced in the Online Program Book. Each session will have a Chair to moderate the presentation process. Anyone can join the meeting by clicking the meeting room ID in the Online Program Book.
 
If you are a PRESENTER, please name your PPT file as "ICEB2025-Pxx-Sxx.PPT" (Pxx is paper ID and Sxx is session ID) and email it to the Webmaster Mr. Tuan Phan at tuantp@neu.edu.vn one week before the conferenece (AUG. 14). Please use a Subject title of "Presentation File for ICEB2025-Pxx-Sxx" for the email. The file will be ready for you when you report to the Session Chair 10 minutes earlier to set up your presentation. If you are a SESSION CHAIR, please also join the meeting 10 minutes earlier to manage the session. Each paper will have 15-20 minutes to present and 5-10 minutes to discuss. After the conference, we will send you a formal Certificate of Presentation. Please kindly follow this rule. Many thanks for your cooperation.
